Hey, I'm Coach Eric, founder of PXF Training Facilities. I am both a youth performance specialist and personal trainer. Teaching fundamental fitness and coaching is my absolute passion. Among other certifications, I am also a registered EMT - Emergency First Responder.

45 MINUTE - FREE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
We recommend booking an initial assessment to determine your current fitness level. This evaluation will serve as a baseline to properly build your training program. A good starting point will provide us with quantitative data to refer back to over time. The complimentary evaluation is broken down into two parts. The first half is the physical portion itself. Starting with 10 warm up exercises, followed with 3 mobility tests, 2 agility tests, 5 strength tests, 2 speed tests and finished with an endurance test. The second half of your assessment is set aside to review your results and determine what structure works best for you.
Youth Athletes will be given additional testing to test exit and throwing velocity speeds.

We have put together specific programs for all ages, focusing mainly on performance enhancement, mobility and strength training.
